What Is A Fitness Boot Camp?

Here at Dream Body, our Boot camp exercise classes vary in style, depending on the clients needs. But you can generally expect to meet outside, rain or shine. You’ll spend a 45 minutes doing forms of cardiovascular exercise (running, hiking, interval training, or obstacle course challenges), along with body weight strength elements (the resistance of your own body weight).

Boot camp fitness classes challenge the mind as well as the body.

Dream Body offers fitness boot camps that are a high-intensity blast of cardio, body weight, and core exercises. Each boot camp is suitable for all fitness levels. Our Certified Personal Trainers will modify any exercises needed to suit your fitness level, and produce the best results.

Schedule for boot camps beginning

Monday/Wednesday at Piedmont Park: Beginning April 7′th

·         All exercise levels from 5:30-6:30

Boot camp at Hard Knox: Beginning April 1′st

·         Beginner/intermediate Tuesday/Friday morning from 6-6:45am
